Congratulations to Strata Title Management (STM) State Manager – NSW & SA, Emily Doherty.

Smarter Communities is proud to congratulate Emily Doherty on her recent appointment as SCA (NSW) Vice President – Licensed Chapter and reappointment as a member of the Board of Directors for a second term.

Emily is a selfless, devoted manager and Licensee in Charge with more than 15 years’ experience within the strata industry.

In 2019 she was appointed to the Board of Directors and is an active member for the Professional Standards Scheme Taskforce, Professional Conduct & Oversight Committee as well as Risk & Finance Committee.

In addition to her Board and committee commitments, Emily is further supporting the strata industry with her involvement with the NSW Government and the Office of the Building Commissioner regarding building defects.

In November 2021 Emily was re-elected onto the SCA (NSW) Board of Directors. Emily is dedicated to ensuring members are compliant, educated and have the support they require to perform their ongoing responsibilities well under strata licensing and legislative changes.
