Jevon is an extraordinary talented Technical Training Manager who joined the Smarter Communities family at Ernst in 2017.
Jevon was the ideal choice for the business in this newly created role and allowed his natural flair and strong relationships with all staff to take ownership of driving process improvements and staff training.
Over the years Jevon has implemented significant enhancements including a total revamp of client meeting documentation, established invaluable training programs and introduced best practice procedures across the business. More importantly, Jevon played a key role in developing Queensland’s strong, cohesive team of body corporate professionals.
