Strata Title Management (STM) North Shore has relocated to its bigger and better premises in St Leonards at 1 Chandos Street, right next to St Leonards train station.

A strata industry veteran, STM has been managing communities of all shapes and sizes for over 40 years with offices in Sydney’s North Shore, South, CBD, Wollongong, Ballina and Tweed Heads.

Our team of local strata community managers understand the local environment and can relate to the increasing demands of property owners within Sydney’s north, from new developments to the maintenance of older traditional-style apartment blocks.

NSW State Manager, Emily Doherty, was aware it was just a matter of time before her team outgrew its existing office space and would need larger premises to accommodate the growing northern team and the increased portfolio managed by STM North.

“There has been so much development around the north shore over the last few years and its only getting busier.

“When there isn’t any more space to spread out, you go up. And that’s exactly what’s happening. Apartment blocks and mixed-use residential buildings are a common sight. STM has been servicing strata owners from the north shore for many years.

“The time had come where we had to source a larger, more suitable office space for our team so they could spend more time doing what they do best, managing local strata properties and supporting owners.”

The new office is spacious featuring two large board rooms which are perfect to host client meetings or AGMs. The location of the office is so convenient being next to St Leonards station, no need to search for parking when you can literally catch the train or bus right to the front door.

As with all new STM offices, and reflecting the dynamic nature of community living, STM commissioned Sydney artist SillyPear (a.k.a Charlie Nivison) to bring the spirit of the community through a large mural in the new office.

Charlie’s piece named “Sydney’s brighter side” depicts energy and dynamics of Sydney city life and represents the positive attitudes and energy of the northern community.

The vibrant mural is the perfect visual that represents the excitement the STM North team feel in their new home.

Regional Manager and Licensee in Charge of STM North Patrick Rush said, “we’re well-familiar with the diversity of apartments, townhouses and villas and commercial properties in this area and specifically fond of our northern owners corporations and committees because we’ve been working with them for a long time now.

“I’m confident our clients will enjoy the new light-filled and modern meeting facilities, much better than all cramming into an old carpark or braving extreme weather conditions at an outdoor meeting in the middle of winter.”

The new office was officially opened on 6 December 2019 by Smarter Communities CEO Alex Lang (parent company of STM) with a party attended by over 70 staff, customers and local partners.
