Strata Title Management (STM) continues to be a dominant force and led the industry this year with its covid-19 action plans and communications.

Priding itself on being a forward-thinking and technologically advanced company, STM is methodical in how it operates its business.

From the onset of COVID-19 restrictions in February, STM’s Executive Leadership Team was the first in the industry to implement its remote working-from-home model for staff with no face-to-face meetings to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Customers and contractors were briefed of office closures and action plans were put into place. Meetings were conducted virtually and financial hardship forms distributed to all clients.

Feedback from customers proved they were grateful for the smooth transition working remotely, STM’s proactivity and the detailed communications sent to owners, residents and contractors.

STM’s ability to instantly adapt to change is a credit to its leaders. Their compassion, understanding and investment in people and technology is why they remain at the forefront of the industry.

Recent technology investments have removed administrative pain points from strata manager workloads and invaluable time has been freed to spend managing communities, not performing repetitive administrative tasks.
